1. Scope of Services

ELEA provides residential cleaning and home organization services in Berlin. The scope of each appointment is confirmed during the inquiry and booking conversation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring safe and reasonable conditions for the team to work.

3. Payment

Services are billed according to the agreed scope and time. Additional work beyond the original arrangement may be quoted separately.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling must be communicated promptly. Standard policies apply in line with ELEA’s booking terms.
